Transferring your water account to Pinnacle is quick and easy. There are literally three steps:

Switching water supplier is a simple process that can be completed in just seven business days.
Complete our quotation application form as fully as possible, and we will respond with a bespoke quotation with competitive pricing and no fixed term contract for your consideration. Once you have accepted our quotation, and chosen your payment terms and method, we will let you know the proposed transfer date. We will then contact your current provider to request the transfer of supply on the suggested date. If your premises are metered, we will organise a meter read to be taken on the day of transfer, and this will be provided to your current supplier to allow a final invoice to be produced. One the transfer request has been submitted by Pinnacle Business Water, your current supplier has five business days to object to the transfer request. There are only two reasons a transfer request can be rejected: there is debt on the account or the customer is already in a fixed term contract. If a rejection notification was received, your dedicated account manager at Pinnacle Business Water would contact you immediately with the details. This doesn’t happen often, and is usually cleared up very quickly.
Once the supply has successfully transferred to Pinnacle Business Water, your initial invoice will be issued and you can relax with the knowledge that your water account is in safe hands.
