In order to ensure accurate invoicing, we will try to read your meter twice a year. However, this may not always be possible and we are more than happy to accept meter readings from customers. You can submit a meter read to us every month, if you would like to ensure your account is completely up-to-date. If we do not have actual meter reads, we will estimate usage on historic consumption market data.
Meter location details are shown on your invoice, and only the black digits prior to the decimal point are required.
Please complete the details below and submit your meter read. We will use this read on your next invoice and will reconcile the account in full. Any credit on the account following reconciliation will be carried forward, unless a refund is requested. This form can also be used to provide us with a final meter read if you are moving premises, with just a few additional details required.
