This means that we do not outsource any of our services – every detail of every account is dealt with in our office.

We also have a robust complaints procedure in place if any customer ever feels their account is not being dealt with properly. If a customer decides to switch over to another supplier, they are able to do so with much more ease than with most other suppliers. and we continue to deliver the same high standard of service even though we are sad to see them go!
